I was concentrating on the ToHeart 2 PC version Kusugawa Sasara story part 2 almost the whole of last week but I took a little break from writing the on the Saturaday and went to the Bon Dance Festival at the local Mitsuwa store in the Chicagoland area. The weather was not very good and the weather forecast had the area on scattered thunder storm alert, however, by the time I arrived the sky had cleared up quite a bit and the whole park lot area were buzzing with people!
You can see the ground was wet but it was just about manageable.
Quite a few variety of different shops, mostly food though!
The Yakitori stand was smelling really really good so I had to go line up to buy some
You can say that store had the longest line through out the entire day!
A stick of Yakitori and Takoyaki combination for $5.00! Curry corn dog for $2.00. The Yakitori was soooo good that I ended up going back for more lol.
When I was eating, the announcer got on stage and began to talk about the schedule of events for the day.
A closer look at the front entrance to Mitsuwa with the Festival sign!
And of course, we have got to look for the goldfish scooping stand!
Taiko performance
Girls in Yukata… a must have at a event like this!
And they even have a UFO machine!
With a festival like this, I feel compelled to get myself a mask at the stand :3
Guess which mask did I pick XDDDD.
I had fun at the event but unfortunately I had to rush back home to finish the Sasara story and couldn’t wait long enough to see the Bon Dance myself, hopefully I can do that next year!

Huh, now this looked like some spiffy fun >=D
It was great fun yes, the Yakitori was awesome!
Ha! I knew it was that fly mask since it looks like Kamen Rider masks.
Reminds me of Yuki in that lack luster of a series called Haruhi season 2.
