For the past couple of days, while I have been finishing up on my massive clean up/construction project, I tried to decide which eroge game I should tackle next. After a long delibration, I have decided I need to finish 夜明け前より瑠璃色なYoake Mae Yori Ruriiro na once and for all, and including moonlight cradle in the process.
While I have always thought that the animation ~Cresent Love~ has given me the necessary background story for Feena for me (and it’s true still), playing through the game so far has given me a chance to see the subtle differences between the two. I am about over half way into Feena’s arc right now and I am just starting to see Feena and Tatsuya showing some affection for each other. May be this is my first August game and I am still trying to get used to their presentation style. In one instance, Tatsuya entered Feena’s bedroom while she was still changing…
She screamed!!!!!!!!!
But despite the screaming, she covered for Tatsuya by claiming it was a bug while everyone was running up to see what happened to Feena. Now, I don’t think that’s how it went in the animation… oh and while we are at it, the infamous cabbage did not make its appearance, I think the cooking competition was in the animation only. I would probably finish this arc within a day and proceed to work on Moonlight Cradle next.
A wave of Feena merchandises have popped up in my radar screen and I am still trying to decide which ones I should get. First we have the Feena-Ita Legacy by Fujimi
Ok, I lied about this one, I have already ordered it through Hobby Search. Hey if I can’t manage to have a real Feena-Ita car, I can at least have a Fujimi model right? A man can dream. This is going to be a lovely model car, I just hope the decal is easy to apply.
Then we have a elegant looking Feena slim Tumbler Glass, a Moonlight Cradle version.
Looks pretty neat, priced at a little over 1000 yen, it’s not expensive at all. I can see myself actually using this one.
Next is the tea cup and saucer combination
I am not much of a tea drinker myself, so I guess I am going to pass on this one. I prefer my coffee mug to be a little bigger than this :3

I’m also playing the game but I’m not on Feena’s arc, I chose Estel at the beginning, though I don’t have much of a clue as to what’s going on really, sad I know. I have the Feena dakimakura that came with Dengeki G’s Festival hanging up on the wall, haven’t gotten around to posting about it yet :3 Animation? Crescent Love you say? Must find this. I feel kind of dumb lol, I had no idea there was an actual anime for it, thanks for the heads up, now I can do research before I embarrass myself further XD
Yes, there is an anime adaptation of Brighter than dawning blue, it’s also where the infamous cabbage made its first appearance, wiki it and you will know what’s going on. My original goal is to finish Feena’s, then Natsuki, then replay the PS2 port version for Estal then move on to moonlight cradle, it’s a big project ^^;
Be mindful that the quality of the animation is not top notch ^^; Focus on the story and you will be fine.
Heheh this thing’s been going around for a while, but I have NO idea what the big hubbub was about. I guess I’ll go with the anime and see what it’s about since I have no way of playing the game.
Feena is a lovely character, some people claimed the quality of the animation is too bad to be watched, but I focus on the story and I was able to enjoy the whole series.
I wouldn’t mind getting a hold on one of those Feena glasses.
… but considering of the shipping prices these days, it’s not worth it.
I just preorder the Glass for $15 US in a US store, going to cost another $15 to have it shipped to me ;x
